Hays Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Armagh. We are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Your new role
As an Experienced Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Your duties will include:
1. Processing customer invoices accurately and on time
2. Managing iing calls, emails, letters, and voicemails
3. Inputting and maintaining large volumes of data on a bespoke IT system
4. Supporting the accounts team with bookkeeping and credit control
5. Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed
6. Assisting with client requirements and ensuring their successful implementation
7. Keeping detailed records and performing data analysis
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
8. 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
9. Minimum 1 year’s experience in an office environment
10. Proven track record in administration or a similar role
11. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
14. High attention to detail, methodical approach, and self-motivation
