Duties and responsibilities related to the Public Area Team Leader role
Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas within the hotel.
Oversee the reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and employees.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public area cleaning operations.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic among team members.
About You
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within a premium hospitality environment is preferred. Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated, you maintain high standards of cleanliness and take pride in your work. With strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude, you ensure that public areas always reflect the highest standards.
