What you can look forward to as Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician - Night shift:
1. Effectively support manufacturing operations at all times and participate in improvement activities to enhance business performance
2. Review new plant, equipment, and production lines with lessons learnt process; modify and improve current performance
3. Maximise plant uptime by ensuring efficient repairs and record, analyse, and action all breakdowns through team members
4. Educate and support team members; advise Technical Services Manager on training needs and strive for excellence in all business areas
5. Advise on spares and place orders for present and future needs
6. Ensure statutory and in-house requirements are observed per Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy
7. Responsible for WPO (Work Place Organisation) in Technical Service area using 5S methodologies
8. Be flexible to support outside normal hours and respond to call-outs when necessary
Your profile as Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician - Night shift:
9. NVQ Level 3, ONC, or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification
10. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role
11. Relevant training certificates demonstrating technical competence
12. Knowledge of 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
13. Proficiency in Siemens S7
14. Proven problem-solving skills within a high-volume production environment
15. Full, valid driving licence
