The Role:
As a Hotel Duty Manager, your role will involve:
1. Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk
2. Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting
3. Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs
4. Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests
5. Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient
6. Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products
7. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
The ideal candidate will have:

15. Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment

17. Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera)

19. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening
