The Role We have a very exciting role for a Payroll Manager to join a big retail brand based in North Birmingham offering WFH 2 days a week, and up to 50k a year dependant on experience with excellent benefits. The Responsibilities This role includes liaising with payroll providers acting as account manager to ensure KPIs, performance, errors, invoicing and contracts are up to date, keeping track of AMS cases, advising on complex payroll case, annual pay review processing, annual bonus scheme processing, processing redundancy payments, benefits and pension account management, managing system administration to ensue files are correct on the system, managing central HR duties such as onboarding and offboarding. This also is alongside leading a team of three direct reports, keeping them engaged and supporting career progression needs. The Experience Previous experience within a professional service, big retail or hospitality brand in an HR and/or Payroll Managers role or a HR manager who has dealt with the payroll process and enjoys this aspect.
