Are you an experienced scientist with a passion for pharmaceutical process development? A leading organisation in the vaccine development space is seeking a Senior Process Development Scientist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in advancing solid-dose vaccine manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute laboratory-based experiments to develop robust, scalable manufacturing processes.
• Support batch manufacturing activities for internal and external projects.
• Drive technology transfer activities to CDMOs, including work at third-party sites.
• Analyse and interpret experimental data, generating detailed protocols and technical reports.
• Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high standards of documentation within a quality system.
• Stay up to date with scientific literature and apply knowledge with IP awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Degree (BSc/BEng) in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
• Must have lab-based experience in an R&D setting.
• Background in pharmaceutical process development or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in GMPpliant environments and a strong track record in technology transfer required.
• Experience with powder blending and / or tabletting is highly desirable.
• Excellentmunication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
