* * s.Train staff on AV equipment operation and best practice
* s.Create user guides, FAQs, and maintenance logs; document system configurations and incident report
* * s.Stay updated on emerging AV trends (e.g., Crestron, Polycom, Q-SYS) and recommend upgrade
* * s.Work with IT teams, facilities, and external vendors to deliver seamless AV solution
* * s.Liaise with suppliers for equipment procurement, warranties, and service contract
* * s.Track AV inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate equipment loan
* * s.Offer responsive support via ticketing systems, email, or phone, ensuring high user satisfactio
