What You Will Do:
: Manage inbound and outbound client and retailer contact across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
: Build rapport with clients and retail teams, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and with exceptional service.
: Act as a knowledgeable expert on the companys products and services, delivering solutions that embody modern luxury.
: Handle complaints with professionalism and care, aiming to achieve a first:point resolution.
