A client of ours is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role is a great opportunity for someone experienced in high levels of invoicing and data entry. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, as well as leading a team of 3 junior members of staff.
Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and reviewing contracts and financial documentation
2. Check contract amendments being made are in line with the terms and conditions agreed
3. High volumes of data entry across financial systems
4. Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required
5. Mentorship of 3 junior members of staff

6. Previous experience in a high-volume transaction business
7. Ability to understand and interpret contracts
8. Experience in leading an administrative/finance team
