Maths and English Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in Maths and English
* Develop customised lesson plans based on students' needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement
* Utilise a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience in tutoring Maths and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Solid understanding of the national curriculum for Maths and English
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* May require travel to students' homes or tutoring centres
* Opportunity for additional hours during exam periods

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
