Role Responsibilities:
* Direct high‑stakes corporate tax advisory engagements across diverse industry sectors
* Own complex client relationships with OMBs and major corporates as their trusted tax advisor
* Lead strategic tax planning initiatives and manage sensitive HMRC investigations
* Shape junior talent through structured mentoring and performance leadership
* Drive practice growth through senior‑level business development and thought leadership
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* CTA qualification with demonstrable senior corporate tax leadership experience
* Strategic commercial mindset - proven ability to navigate complex business tax challenges
* Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Business development acumen - track record of growing practices and winning new mandates
