We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southend seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact supporting pupils with SEN across Key Stages 1 and 2.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Help create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to meet pupil needs
