Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations across childcare facilities to ensure smooth functioning. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and staff deployment. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing childcare services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and safety standards. Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Level 5 Leadership and Management for Care Services Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or management, preferably in a childcare or education setting. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
