Job Title: FLT & Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance)
Location: Peterlee
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm (subject to successful interview)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
2. Load and unload deliveries
3. Complete general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and stock movement
4. Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
5. Keep the work area clean and safe at all times
6. Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
7. Valid Counterbalance FLT licence, including a refresher completed within the last 3 years
8. DONT ACCEPT INHOUSE
9. Previous experience in a similar warehouse or FLT role
10. Able to work well as part of a team
11. Interview required prior to starting
