Overview
Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting young children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? An inclusive Primary School in Swinton (M27) is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing Early Years Base, working closely with a small group of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support for a group of children with SEN, following their EHCP targets and individual learning plans
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment within the Early Years Base
* Work alongside the class teacher, SENDCo, and external professionals to deliver personalised interventions
* Support children's communication, social interaction, and emotional development through play-based learning
* Encourage independence and positive routines in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Qualifications
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent (essential)
* Experience supporting children with SEN (autism, speech and language delay, sensory needs, global developmental delay)
* A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* Ability to implement differentiated learning and behaviour support strategies
* Nurturing, patient, and passionate about making a positive difference
