Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our AI and automation initiatives. You will help gather business requirements, analyse workflows, and contribute to intelligent process optimisation. This is a fully remote internship open to candidates based in Liverpool or across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and functional requirements.
* Analyse workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
* Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
* Assist with testing, validation, and reporting.
* Prepare process maps, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Required Qualifications
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Data, or IT-related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with Python, SQL, or workflow automation platforms.
