Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage the Sales Support Specialists.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Credit Control and Sales Support Specialists to deliver best-in-class service and achieve Customer/Retailer satisfaction and departmental objectives. This includes responding to and processing all customer and retailer inquiries through the provision and collation of timely and accurate information, and completing all relevant transactions with a particular emphasis on finance activities. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards through daily actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building efficient, scalable processes, supporting training needs, and ensuring business transactions are frictionless and appropriately paced to support business growth.
The successful applicant will have:
* Minimum 12 months experience managing teams
* Experience in Financial Services Contact Centre environments
* An empathetic and developmental leadership style
* Experience working in a fast-moving, progressive, sales-driven environment
