Overview
Are you an experienced Electromechanical Fitter / Installer who thrives on variety, challenge, and the chance to work on innovative automation projects? This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team where no two projects are ever the same.

Responsibilities
* Assembling and installing automation machinery and systems, both in-house and onsite.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring precision and quality every time.
* Hands-on mechanical builds, and contributing to electrical wiring when needed.
* Travelling (30–40%) to customer sites, with trips of up to 2 weeks, typically 5–6 times per year.
* Representing the business with professionalism, whether on the shop floor or with clients overseas.
What we’re looking for
* Apprentice-trained or qualified Mechanical/Electrical Fitter with 3+ years’ experience.
* Skilled with industrial machinery, conveyors, pneumatics, valves, and sub-assemblies.
* Confident with tools, drawings, and working independently or in a team.
* Flexible and enthusiastic about travel—UK and international.
* A proactive, reliable, and solution-focused individual who takes pride in their work.

Location: Between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury with UK & North America travel (30–40%).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00.
