Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager (Addiction Services) at Caley Court Resource Centre, Stevenston.
What you will do:
You may be required to provide line management support and supervision to both health (NHS) and social care (NAC) employed staff. Supported by the current management team, will lead on the nursing and wider health interventions in line with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) The Code: Professional standards of practice and behaviour for nurses to ensure that they prioritise people, practice effectively, preserve safety and promote professionalism and trust in a flexible and person centred way. They will promote access to treatment and support the roll out of NADARS pathways i.e. Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT), community detoxification, Buvidal administration and management, Mental Health support and service response to high risk pathways.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have a professional qualification (or equivalent knowledge or experience) in nursing, social work or other relevant health related area and be educated to degree level in relevant field e.g. Health, Social Care, Business Management. A post-graduate qualification in an addiction related topic or equivalent is also essential.
