Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a motivated and capable Research Assistant for a 6-months 0.6 FTE post on a mixed-methods study titled: Exploring Learning Disability Nurses Perspectives on NMC Registration: Implications for Students and Individuals Living with a Learning Disability.
Please note interviews for this opportunity are expected to be held on 24th June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist with data collection activities, including fieldwork such as conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups, and administering surveys.
* To carry out data analysis as required, with a particular emphasis on thematic analysis.
* To contribute to the dissemination of project findings through internal and external conferences, seminars, and academic journal publications.
* To contribute to the writing of the final report.
* To undertake relevant organisational and administrative tasks related to the successful delivery of the project.
* To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the project management team.
* To adhere to policies, principles, practices and processes that govern ethical research conduct.
* To comply with personal health and safety responsibilities as outlined in the Universitys Health and Safety policy.
