Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a growing, forward-thinking company with a great reputation based in Ringwood.They are now recruiting for a Residential Property Assistant to support the legal team.This is an extremely varied and challenging role.
Responsibilities of the Residential Property Assistant:
To provide support to the Fee Earners within the Residential Property team.
Handling residential enquiries
Typing correspondence
Organisation of meetings and providing refreshments where required
Producing documents and reports as required
Producing monthly reports for invoicing
Filing, scanning and archiving when required
Requirements of the Residential Property Assistant:
Proven Legal Secretarial/PA background in Residential Property
Case Management experience
Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications
Strong administration and secretarial skills
Excellent organisational skills
Fast accurate typing skills
First class communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Methodical and process driven
Ability to prioritise workload
Audio typing experience ideally but not essential
