Pure Nails is an ambitious and fast-growing company within the beauty industry. We are a leading supplier of professional nail products to the beauty industry.
Our marketing department has been growing and covers areas such as social media management, website blogs, magazine publication and everything in between!
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Assistant within our head office in Gillingham Kent, leading our Training school social media, whilst assisting with a variety of marketing tasks within the department. Other tasks may include (but are not limited to) creating blogs, social media campaigns, and both digital and printed content creation.
Available to start as soon as possible.
Please note: this is a temporary, one year contract with potential for permanent employment. We work from our Gillingham based office 5 days a week.

What is the role?
* Designing and publishing graphics across the company’s social media platforms.
* Producing and publishing video content for social media channels and the company’s YouTube channel.
* Creating and scheduling promotional Instagram Stories to support marketing campaigns.
* Engaging with customers through social media platforms and email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Writing and developing content for the company’s website blogs.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with brand influencers, while tracking and managing influencer collaborations.
* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
* Ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
* Researching and identifying emerging trends and new marketing opportunities.
* Supporting the marketing team in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy.
* Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support business growth and brand development.
* Providing marketing administrative support as required.
Who are you?
* Demonstrated knowledge of, or experience in, marketing.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
* A high level of professionalism with excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as they arise.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Meta Business Suite or Later.
* Competent in the use of Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT-related applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using time management techniques.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
* Experience in copywriting and B2B marketing is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
