Role Responsibilities
* Drive the performance of the aftersales operation, encouraging your team to work cohesively and efficiently.
* Manage the aftersales department, which includes technicians, workshop control, parts, and front of house service advisors.
* Ensure all customer aftersales needs are met promptly, and service standards are consistently high.
* Achieve monthly KPIs and budgets whilst ensuring all repairs are fully compliant and warranty reporting is completed.
* Focus on people management, maintaining customer satisfaction metrics and motivating your team to upsell products effectively.
