As a Paraplanner, you’ll work closely with a team Financial Planners to support a wide range of client needs — producing clear, compliant, and well-structured advice reports. You’ll be involved in research, analysis, and ensuring every recommendation meets the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality, accurate suitability reports tailored to client goals Carry out research and analysis across pensions, investments, tax, protection, and estate planning Collaborate with Financial Planners to create well-rounded financial plans Ensure all advice aligns with regulatory requirements and internal processes Contribute to team discussions and share ideas to support best practice Keep up to date with legislation, products, and planning strategies An ideal candidate will be an experienced paraplanner with strong knowledge and attention to detail. Hold the Diploma qualified (Level 4) as a minimum; working towards Chartered status preferred.
