Job Description Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London. We work on a hybrid basis blending time at the Stepstone Group offices with working from home. Reporting to the VP Sales - UK, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcasts Solutions to direct employers in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities Proactively generate and close new enterprise business through prospecting, outreach, and strategic sales activities. Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions aligned to client needs. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce). Build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven selling. Qualifications 5 years enterprise software sales experience, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Talent Acquisition. Proven track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelors degree preferred; proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
