What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the daily bar operations across multiple venues on-site
* Leading and motivating a large team of bartenders, supervisors, and floor staff
* Driving high standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance
* Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory systems
* Ensuring all bars meet licensing, health & safety, and company standards
* Creating rotas, managing budgets, and analysing performance metrics
* Working closely with senior management to shape promotions, events, and seasonal offerings

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, multi-bar or multi-venue environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and retain great teams
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink trends
* Proven experience with stock management, ordering systems, and cost controls
* Confident in managing high-pressure service periods and resolving issues on the fly
* Great communication skills and a can-do, hands-on attitude
* Personal Licence holder is a bonus
