Camphill Community Glencraig is currently recruiting for the following vacancy: 25/77/TL/WEB Team Leader Arts & Crafts Workshop Closing date: 4pm - Tuesday 18th November 2025 *Please note, CVs will not be accepted* Currently, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for international candidates As part of the development of Adult Day Services in Camphill Community Glencraig, the Team Leader will enable residents and day attendees to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs. The Team Leader will provide the highest possible standard of support to adults and day attendees by providing meaningful day activities within a caring therapeutic environment, focusing and further developing activities through Arts and Crafts. As well as supporting health and well-being of all individuals, development of skills, enhancing independence, choices and rights in a person-centered way, upholding holistic approach, values and the Camphill Ethos. Salary: 6-Point scale, commencing on £29,577 per annum. Where Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care is attained, salary point 6 is accessible, dependent on length of service within the role. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri 9 5pm Contract :Permanent Essential Criteria: QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care OR A diploma / certificate equivalent to National Occupational Standards Level 4 in a Health & Social Care related discipline(Health & Social Care, Social Sciences, Education, Early Years, Play/Sport/Leisure activities, Youth work or equivalent level of qualification) Demonstrable evidence of 1 year experience working with people in a care/ support capacity within the last 2 years. Experience, skills and knowledge of Arts and Crafts Hold a full and current driving licence valid for use in the UK and Ireland Registered or applying for registration with the N. Ireland Social Care Council. Desirable Criteria: Diploma/Degree in Arts Experience of working in a Day Care/Day Opportunities Setting Experience of setting up daily activities and developing individual pathways. Knowledge of the principles of supervisory management.
