Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Air Conditioning Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems, chillers and small refrigeration systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and solving technical issues, performing routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, and ensuring the efficient performance of air conditioning systems at a variety of commercial sites. The role may also involve providing input to facility management and supporting broader building maintenance projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
* Experience in Building Maintenance, Building Services, and general maintenance and repair tasks
* Familiarity with Facility Management (FM) practices and processes
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
* Willingness to travel and work at various commercial sites as required
* Relevant HVAC certifications and qualifications (e.g., F-Gas certification, City and Guilds, or equivalent)
* Prior experience in commercial or industrial settings is desirable
