As Recruitment Administrator here at Illumina in Great Abington, Cambridge, you will join our EMEALA Talent Team supporting the hiring of both contingent and permanent employees across all our functions and throughout the EMEALA region.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and engaging hiring experience, managing the candidate onboarding journey to day one.
Working in a modern and friendly office environment, you will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration, candidate communication, contract creation, visa application processes and accurate data entry.
2. Coordinating onboarding activities, including new starter administration ensuring compliance under employment legislation for country of hire.
3. Managing new starter documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal processes.
4. Delivering efficient, effective, and customer-focused service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
5. Maintaining recruitment data and systems with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
6. Collaborating closely with recruiters and HR colleagues to continuously improve the recruitment and onboarding experience, making customers heroes through proactive support.
