Overview
Canon in Beeston is a busy service and refurbishment centre with customers located in several countries. In this role you will travel frequently to train customers to operate, service and optimize Canon’s semiconductor machines at customer sites. You will be required to work on various kinds of Canon semiconductor equipment and work with customers to train them on production equipment either on site or at our Training Centre. Interaction with customers is essential in the job so a positive outlook and flexible approach are required. You will also keep up to date on training/service information and write training materials both for customers and for internal employees.
Responsibilities
* Train customers to operate, service and optimize Canon semiconductor machines at customer sites or at the Training Centre.
* Travel frequently to customer sites as part of the role.
* Maintain up-to-date training and service information and write training materials for customers and internal staff.
* Present information effectively; good presentation and public speaking skills are essential.
* Interact with customers in a professional manner and apply a positive, flexible approach.

What We Ask / Qualifications
* Minimum HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
* High standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skills
* Several years of work experience
* Good presentation and public speaking skills
* Computer literate with standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
* Proven employment track record
* Clean driving licence
* Previous training experience
