Ensure accurate KPIs and dashboards are provided for the depot management team and regional senior management team, including presenting these to the relevant managers/directors and highlighting pertinent issues
Maintenance of internal data systems to provide accurate information being fed through to ticket machines and external sources
Implement service/timetable changes or new ticketing schemes and work with the commercial team to ensure seamless integration with the web system and ticketing systems
Provide insights to review performance and trends with the aim to suggest improvement measures
Produce regular data reports to provide to external stakeholders and internal stakeholders
Ensure the business is in line with legal requirements from the Department for Transport or contractual obligations with Local Authorities
Engage with Local Authorities for data provision or service improvement plans to maximise public usage and business profitability.
Assist the administration team with submitting service registration and providing data for invoices.
Work closely with commercial team to ensure timely submission of prices for tenders and contractual proposals.
Assist the company with any other commercially related tasks within your competency level.
Assists the scheduling commercial officer with producing legally compliant schedules, service timetables, and mapping systems.
