What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?
* “Making Guests Smile” – provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations
* Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
* Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
* Handling guest complaints in a calm and empathising manner
* Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay
* Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
* Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling
* Performing reservation arrival checks
Is this Receptionist role right for me?
* You will already be an established Receptionist with hotel experience who lives, breathes and sleeps outstanding service.
* You will be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis including weekends and bank holidays
