We are recruiting for a Team Leader role withing the RSAP / NSAP accommodation team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Including Service development and delivery; Staff management; other resource management Financial and Physical as appropriate
To assist the Service Manager in managing the service so it achieves and maintains satisfactory performance and meets contractual requirements.
To induct, supervise, develop, motivate, lead and appraise staff within the service
Manage the performance of delegated workers in their service including conduct, capability and absence
To ensure the service is managed safely and all policies and procedures are followed
To attend and chair and meeting both internal and external when requested by service manager
To complete monitoring for the service when requested by service manager
To be involved in promoting of the service
Contribute to organisational learning and development when required
To support the Service Manager to respond to complaints in an appropriate timeframe and follow relevant
To assist the Service Manager and Human Resources with the recruitment of staff for the service
