A small, friendly nursing home on the outskirts of Dumfries currently requires an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will ensure the highest quality, person-centred care is delivered to our residents whilst maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choose and independence. You will also act as a role model and support the care team to provide compassionate, consistent care in line with best practice standards.
What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:
* N/SVQ Level 3 qualified
* Medication training is preferable
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment
