Job description
This is a brilliant opportunity for a kind and caring treatment coordinator who has a passion for prioritising patients and their journey at the clinic. We are looking for an experienced, happy, warm, reliable and motivated individual who is responsible for the wellbeing of all patients with the ability to work alongside all team members and deal with patient enquiries with utmost professionalism. We are a 5 treatment room clinic focused on general, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics located in the beautiful area of St John's Wood.
The ideal candidate must have:
At least 2 years of high end customer service experience - preferably dental
Fantastic communication skills with patients and team members
Confidence in speaking to patient with a warm and friendly manner
Motivation and drive to make the clinic a success and reach targets
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Well dressed and well presented at all times
Well spoken with impeccable manners
Warm telephone manner with excellent writing skills & IT skills
Calm and composed nature
Capable of taking patient photos
What the role entails:
Proving all patients with a 5 star service
Serving refreshments to patients
Provide patients with knowledge of services we offer
Explain finance options to them
Respond and follow up leads
Answer new patient enquiries
Meeting and greeting patients
Following a patient journey
Liasing with all clinicians regarding their treatment plans and explaining this to patients
Being able to use all methods of contact and leads
Sign patients upto membership plans
Liase with local businesses
Providing social media content
Assist with growth of patient referrals through social media, advertisement and recommendation from existing patients
Capture patient reviews
Video consultations or face-to-face consultations for leads for Invisalign, Veneers, Bonding, Implants and other treatment leads to get them booked with dentist.
Required to fill in for Front of House Receptionists when required
Whilst dental knowledge is important, the most important attributes we are looking for are great people skills, team worker, hardworking, excellent communication skills and someone who is full of life and has a bubbly character.
