This is a physically active, outdoor role offering ongoing work, immediate starts, and the opportunity to join a supportive team. Key Duties Load refuse and recycling materials onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently. Collect bins, bags, and recycling containers along designated routes. Assist with sorting and handling recyclable materials where required. Support drivers and crew members to complete daily collection rounds on time. Carry out manual handling and lifting throughout the shift. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Reliable and able to work as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
