The Package:
* Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum DOE
* Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)
* Location: Horsham + hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office)
* Benefits: company bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, private medical insurance, sick pay
About the Role:
You will be central to customer support, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth operations. If you enjoy variety, pride yourself on excellent service, and thrive in a close-knit team, this role could be ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
* Make proactive calls to support, guide, and update customers
* Process orders, quotations, manage returns, complaints, and samples
* Support payment follow-up and coordinate credit and collection tasks
* Assist sales with lead management, onboarding, and key account support
* Maintain accurate customer data in CRM
* Contribute to customer care projects, including NPS improvements and event support
