The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will be responsible for:
* Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews with clear, actionable reporting.
* Advising clients on health and safety compliance and best practice across diverse leisure environments.
* Developing and implementing systems and procedures tailored to client operations.
* Delivering accredited and bespoke training (IOSH, NEBOSH, CIMSPA-endorsed).
* Supporting incident investigations and liaising with enforcement bodies when required.
The Senior Health & Safety Consultant will have:
* Ideally level 6 qualification in Health and Safety (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent)
* Strong background in leisure, sport, culture, or holiday park environments.
* Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential
* Flexibility for UK-wide travel with overnight stays.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate into a small team within a larger group.
