We're Lollipop AI. We're building the creative tool for people who make ads for a living.
Right now we're launching with ad cloning — you pick any ad, swap in your product and actor, and get a new version ready to run. Where we're headed is a full AI-powered creative workflow for paid social.
You'll use Lollipop to make the ads that sell Lollipop — so your creative work directly shapes the product too.
Please include examples of ads you've made or campaigns you've worked on — a reel, a portfolio, a loom walkthrough, anything that shows your creative work.
What you'll do:
* Create ad concepts and creative for Lollipop using the tool itself — your taste sets the standard for what our product should output
* Study what's working across categories and bring that thinking into both our marketing and our product
* Feed product insights back to the team based on your daily experience — what's frustrating, what's missing, what would make this indispensable
* Own Lollipop's paid social (primarily Meta) — strategy, creative, and execution
* Build out our organic presence and community within the creative strategy world
What we're looking for:
* You know what makes an ad work — not just the metrics, but the creative. You can watch an ad and explain why it converts, what the hook structure is doing, why the pacing works
* You've made ads across multiple niches — not just one brand or one vertical. You've seen what works in DTC, or SaaS, or apps, or finance, and you can spot patterns across all of them
* You produce creative, not just brief it. Whether that's scripting, editing, directing, or all three
* Hands-on Meta ads experience — you've run campaigns and managed spend, not just made the assets
* Familiar with the creative strategy ecosystem (Motion, Foreplay, Ad Library, competitor research workflows)
* Interested in AI and comfortable working with tools that are evolving week to week
* Based in London or able to work hybrid from London
Nice to have:
* Agency-side or brand-side creative strategy experience across multiple categories
* Experience building a brand's paid social from scratch
* Active in performance marketing communities (CTC, Foxwell, adworld, etc.)
* A swipe file, ad library, or any evidence that you obsessively collect and study ads
