The role of the Quality Control Administration Assistant is to provide comprehensive, efficient, professional quality administration to support Quality Control activities. Key Accountabilities Complete administrative activities related to the submission of samples for analytical testing to contract laboratories Monitor the return of data related to the analytical testing of samples to support batch certification, stability studies and other analytical projects Ensure that systems and processes are developed, maintained, and improved to support effective and efficient running of QC administrative tasks Complete general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving Provide support with ad hoc project work, as required by the team or the wider business Draft and/or review documentation such as SOPs, Specifications and Analytical Worksheets Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential Skills To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience: Previous administration experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop relationships internally and externally to the business. Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Office). Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative Excellent literacy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent Willingness and desire to learn and take part in areas and projects outside of the scope of the role.
