We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, support, and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing issues efficiently and effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, including answering policy inquiries, assisting with the admin and the contact with customers by email and phone as part of our award-winning service, and resolving issues. Additionally, staying knowledgeable about our products will be crucial to your success in assisting customers. Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products and policies to customers.
3. Assist customers with buying.
4. Resolve customer issues or questions in a positive and efficient manner.
5. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best service possible.


Minimum Requirements

1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
4. Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications preferred but full training given.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.


Compensation

1. Pay will be £14 per hour.
2. Option for remote work after initial training.
