Role and responsibilities:
* Prepare accounts for limited companies, LLP's and partnerships.
* Create management accounts, vat returns, and financial forecasts.
* Handle all areas of taxation and prepare corporation tax computations.
* Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
* Resolve accounts queries with clients and maintain high-quality account and audit files.
* Supervise and provide feedback on work prepared by junior team members.
Ideal candidate:
* ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years of practice experience.
* Experience in audit assignments is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.
* Ability to manage junior team members and their development.
* Proficiency in accounts software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
