We are looking for Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team. This is a 17.5 hours per week, part-time, permanent role offering a salary of £15,705 to £21,720 per annum.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities
* Carry out formal scheduled teaching on programmes ranging from level 1 to 5.
* Undertake a personal tutor and/or programme leader role to groups of students in order to maintain high achievement rates.
* Prepare delivery plans, sequenced learning plans and learning materials.
* Mark students’ work and carry out internal quality assurance.
* Work as part of the team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programmes.
Skills and Qualifications
* Level 2 or above English/literacy qualifications
* Level 2 or above Maths/numeracy qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Health or a related area
* Recognised full teaching qualification
* Have experience of working within health or care.
* Able to evidence successful FE teaching/sixth form experience of teaching, training or assessing groups of students on Health courses.
