Our client has a rich history, having worked for some of the most exciting developers and corporate occupiers in the city. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a team where progression and professional development sit at the core of their business objectives. The role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects within the commercial real estate sector, including landlord refurbishment projects and CAT B fitout work. You will quickly be given an opportunity to lead on projects of your own and interface directly with clients and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects for prestigious clients while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: end-to-end construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders. procurement processes, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. construction activities onsite, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project momentum and quality standards. a collaborative and inclusive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members to maximize their potential and performance. Requirements: degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. of 3 years experience working for either a developer, consultancy, or construction company you will be chartered or already working towards it (MRICS,MCIOB, RIBA) understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
