To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings As Senior Quantity Surveyor Reporting to the Commercial Manager Advise on contractual matters – general and project level Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports Reporting on budgets and variations Negotiate and agree subcontractors What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is expected to be approx. €70,000 - €80,000 (negotiable) depending on experience.
