The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation proceedings
* Financial remedy and ancillary relief matters
* Private children law cases
* Cohabitation disputes and pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Advising clients with sensitivity while delivering clear, pragmatic legal advice
* Managing cases from instruction through to resolution, including advocacy where appropriate
