This well-known high quality fine dine country house in North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join this successful brigade of 5 producing covers for up to 40 in the fine dine restaurant as well as offering banqueting up to 80 covers
You will be eager to learn and be passionate about high quality cuisine. The main priority of this successful restaurant is to always push standards.
The candidate must come from a quality fresh food background rosette experience essential along with having the right attitude to learn and work as part of this award-winning team
Chef de Partie skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food 2 (rosette awarded minimum) to at least Demi Chef de Partie level
2 or 3 Rosette standard desired
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
Busy operation
