Working within a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently delivered while driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will ensure customers' logistical requirements are met while supporting the optimisation of their supply chain operations.
