The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
1. Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions, giving advice on our products, recommending items, or offering a basket — the little things make a difference.
2. Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them to enhance customer experience.
3. Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed, providing excellent service at the tills, or assisting with stock in the stock rooms.
4. Work with team members to ensure the store is clean and presentable, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for people who:
1. Excel in a fast-paced, varied environment.
2. Communicate and listen effectively.
3. Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Understand that small details matter in customer interactions.
5. Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer care and delivering excellent service (not essential).
