Role Overview
As an ARGM, you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day‑to‑day activities. Your role will involve coaching, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability in your restaurant, contributing to its overall success.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with day‑to‑day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
